5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the sped88 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. sped88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects fraudulent activity, system error, or where a bet is placed in violation of these Terms.
5.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error, malfunction, or technical fault in any game or bet, sped88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund stakes. sped88 is not liable for any losses arising from a game or system malfunction. Payouts made in error are subject to reversal.

9.2 sped88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sped88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 sped88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11.2 Upon closure of your account, any funds in your account balance that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sped88 holds its primary operating licence.
